SUSTAINABILITY. Brewed coffee grounds create mountains of waste for many cafés, but not at King Harvest. We use ours for compost to sprout our very own wheatgrass, buckwheat and sunflower sprouts. We believe that everyone can contribute to a better planet, especially when there are great health benefits too!

COFFEE. Roasted right here in Portland, we are proud to offer Redwing coffee. Joey, former owner of Redwing Coffee and Baking provides us with the rich, aromatic flavors that keep you coming back for more. Redwing coffee is also available online at www.redwingcoffee.com. Our friendly baristas are ready to serve you at our full coffee/espresso bar.

FOOD. Try breakfast on the run with our breakfast burritos, made with a soft tortilla, smothered in your choice of our famous King Harvest hummus, stuffed with eggs and cheese and warmed to perfection. Our falafel sandwiches entice you with scrumptiously traditional Middle Eastern flavors tucked inside a handy pita pocket and make for a deliciously guilt-free lunch.

Now baking! Get a mouthful of muffin... carrot and oat, blueberry cornmeal, wheat bran with coconut and flax. Crazy about cookies? Try chocolate chip with flax, tahini oat (vegan) or cinnamon. We also serve raisin bagels, cinnamon rolls, lemon or cherry turnovers, donuts, scones and whole wheat croissants... there's a flavor for every taste bud!

Cool off with one of our famous smoothies! Refreshing and revitalizing - mango, strawberry, blueberry pomegranate, peach, banana, kiwi, pineapple, wheatgrass... the list goes on. Customize to your taste - just ask! Or chill with a paleta. Milk or ice based, this Latin-American popsicle is made from fresh fruit.

Purify, rebuild and rejuvenate with a shot of our home-grown wheatgrass. At about 70% liquid chlorophyll (the basis of all plant life), wheatgrass juice oxygenates the blood and stimulates the system. Trays of wheatgrass sprouts are also available for you to buy and take home to juice, or to decorate your own corner of the world!
